Cara Goodrich is the Vice President of Revenue Optimization of Castle Resorts & Hotels who has been in the Hospitality business for over 30 years representing properties in Hawaii, Continental US, Saipan, Guam, Federated States of Micronesia and New Zealand. Cara has lead teams both in a Corporate Office environment as well as onsite of Hotel, Condominium and Vacation Rental product in the Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management disciplines. Her current position is to oversee Revenue Optimization; apply best practices in revenue management for optimal revenue generation for 22 properties in the Castle Resorts & Hotels portfolio.
Cara Goodrich is determined and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and has an expansive experience in strategizing and deploying initiatives that leads to the development of company culture, processes, and infrastructure; and has proven ability to manage teams, projects and drive revenue. Specialties include but not limited to; product development, integration of marketing, sales and revenue management practices, project management, development of processes and mentoring. Cara was named “Young Professionals Mentor of the Year” in 2012 by The Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii, Young Professionals Program and is an Advisor volunteer for the Hawaii Wildlife Center which is the only State and region-wide professional wildlife response organization in the Pacific Islands. She believes in continuing education, giving back to the community, keeping current, and doing what is right and not what is convenient.
Cara’s hobby’s are; spending time with her daughter who lives on the Big Island, spending time with her Husband, eating, working out and self-improvement.
